TSI Cycle Monitoring / Ovulation Induction

This is a simple treatment which is suitable for women who do not ovulate regularly or do not ovulate at all, or for those who have hormonal disorders or polycystic ovarian syndrome PCOS.
This treatment involves the female partner taking a course of fertility medication to stimulate ovulation or to increase the number of eggs produced during a cycle. Hormone levels and follicular development are monitored carefully throughout the treatment cycle using ultrasound scans. This close monitoring identifies the point of ovulation and the timing of sexual intercourse can be advised. Monitoring of the response to treatment is also important in avoiding overproduction of eggs and thereby reducing the risk of multiple pregnancy.

Ovulation induction is often a routine part of other fertility treatment such as IUI (intrauterine insemination) and IVF (in vitro fertilisation).

Success rates for ovulation induction vary but can be the right solution for some cases.

In Life Clinic every woman will undergo a complete investigation and according to the findings we will recommend the appropriate treatment for each one.
